About the Role
PROP SOLUTIONS4U is hiring a CRM Manager in Mumbai to own lead generation and management strategy for its real estate business end to end. This ₹70,000–₹1,00,000/month role is pitched at a more senior level than a standalone marketing-execution position — you’ll set the lead qualification framework, own the data and reporting layer, and report results directly to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities for CRM Manager Jobs in Real Estate – Mumbai
- Own end-to-end lead strategy development for the real estate business, across acquisition and nurturing channels
- Build data analysis and reporting frameworks to track lead quality, conversion rates, and sales effectiveness
- Define and refine lead qualification criteria aligned with buyer personas and sales objectives
- Act as the connective layer between marketing, sales agents, and customer service teams
- Drive process improvement across lead management, using CRM tools and best practices
- Train and mentor junior staff and agents on CRM tools and lead management
- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor strategy to identify new opportunities
- Present strategy and performance insights directly to senior leadership
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in lead management or sales operations within real estate, with 2+ years in a senior/leadership capacity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM and lead management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Good-to-Have Skills for CRM Manager Jobs in Real Estate – Mumbai
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership
Compensation & Benefits
