About role:
A Telecaller Executive is responsible for initiating sales calls to potential customers, conducting follow-ups, and promoting products or services. The role involves working with a target audience to generate leads, convert them into sales, and provide customer support when needed. The Telecaller Executive must be able to effectively communicate over the phone, maintain a positive attitude, and meet sales targets. Proficiency in Hindi & English is mandatory for this role.
