About the Role

Leads all production activities within an assigned shift, overseeing manpower deployment, machine uptime, and output quality. Serves as the primary coordination point between the shop floor and senior management during the shift, resolves on-floor issues promptly, ensures compliance with SOPs and safety standards, and submits detailed shift reports.

What We Are Looking For

Diploma / B.Sc. in Engineering or Food Technology; minimum 4–6 years of relevant manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a shift leadership role.
