Skills and eligibility
Skills required
- Excellent English; Hindi and Marathi preferred
- Verbal and written communication, public speaking and event anchoring
- Counselling, mentoring and interview coaching
- Basic MS Office and Google Workspace
Experience and education
- At least 6 months in soft skills training, personality development, counselling, corporate training, teaching or L&D
- Graduate or diploma in any discipline; MBA (HR/Marketing), MA/BA English, B.Ed. or psychology, HR or communication degrees preferred
- Candidates near Pimple Saudagar, within about 10 km, are preferred
