We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic, and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Resolve customer queries related to insurance products and services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
- Contribute to meeting team targets and service quality standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation of interactions in the system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in inside sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (Sunday fixed off or as per process).
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
