Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sr. Developer to join our enterprise ServiceNow team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development and customization across modules including Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Enterprise Architecture (EA), Vulnerability Response (VR), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Service Catalogs, and Workflow Automation. The candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving incidents, service requests, and recurring platform issues while performing root cause analysis. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing enhancements, business rules, client scripts, catalog items, workflows, integrations, and platform customizations. The candidate will work closely with ServiceNow Architects, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Functional Consultants, and Testers to deliver scalable solutions. Experience in REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, Script Includes, and Service Catalog development is required. The role also involves testing, deployment support, release management, technical documentation, Low Level Design preparation, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer activities. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, ITIL knowledge, stakeholder management abilities, and experience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments. Experience in upgrade activities, production support, governance, and continuous platform improvements will be highly preferred.
