ServiceNow IRM Developer Jobs in India (CIS-GRC / CSA)

Role Overview

This role is for a ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong platform development skills and deep understanding of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product suite, including risk scoring, control lifecycle, and continuous monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop using core ServiceNow tools: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, and ACLs.
• Apply scripting and automation expertise across JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Work within the IRM product suite: entity scoping, inherent and residual risk scoring, and control lifecycle processes.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Map risks and controls to assets and services using CMDB/CSDM where applicable.
• Collaborate within cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams and document work to ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — mandatory in most cases.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-GRC/IRM) — highly desirable.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) — preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
