Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems and related components.
• Manage system landscape activities, including transports, client copies, and system refreshes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with SAP support for critical incidents.
• Handle user administration, authorisation concepts, and role management within SAP Basis.
• Support patching, upgrades, and Unicode conversions with minimal business disruption.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams during implementation and support cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and Basis components.
• Experience with database administration (HANA preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, transport management, and system monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong problem-solving skills under production support conditions.
