Job Summary

We are looking for a Python Web Scraping & Automation Developer with strong fundamentals in Python, web technologies, and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for developing web scraping scripts, extracting and processing data, and maintaining data accuracy across internal applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based web scraping scripts and automation tools.
  • Extract data from websites using Python and relevant scraping libraries.
  • Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand web pages and data structures.
  • Clean, validate, transform, and upload scraped data into databases.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data retrieval, validation, and updates.
  • Troubleshoot scraping issues and handle website changes.
  • Maintain and update existing scraping scripts and automation workflows.
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve duplicate or incorrect data.
  • Document scripts, processes, and data extraction workflows.
  • Collaborate with the development team on automation and data-related tasks.

Required Skills

  • Python – Mandatory
  • Web Scraping – Mandatory
  • HTML & CSS – Mandatory
  • JavaScript – Mandatory
  • SQL – Mandatory
  • Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, BeautifulSoup, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of APIs/JSON is an added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.

Preferred Candidate

  • Strong programming fundamentals in Python.
  • Hands-on knowledge of web scraping or automation projects.
  • Comfortable working from the office in Whitefield, Bangalore.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
