Job description

PC Lifecycle Management :

• Provision of End User Computing (EUC) Front Desk, Deskside and Office Field Support services including:
• Walk-in and service desk request fulfilment.
• IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) activities.
• 85% windows 11 and 15% MAC
• New hire device preparation, provisioning, and deployment.
• Device break-fix support and troubleshooting.
• Hardware replacement and warranty coordination.
• Device recovery and asset collection during offboarding activities.
• CMDB and asset inventory updates.
• Compliance with SACM processes and asset governance requirements.
• Support for Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
• Basic administration and support activities related to Microsoft Intune managed devices.
• Physical onsite support across Client office locations.

Work model: 5 days from office (Mon–Fri), 9 hours on‑site (includes 1‑hour break). Role requires strong communication skills, customer‑experience orientation, flexibility to work in shifts, and comfort with both system‑based and field work.
