Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Sr. Administrator to manage and govern enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform operations. The candidate will act as the lead platform administrator responsible for overall instance health, governance, configuration, maintenance, and operational support across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, Enterprise Architecture (EA), Vulnerability Response (VR), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), and Service Catalogs. The administrator will perform advanced platform configuration activities including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Flow Designer, Notifications, ACLs, User Administration, Catalog Management, and Workflow Administration. Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to incidents and service requests, supporting end users, maintaining knowledge articles, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring service availability. The candidate will collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to implement scalable and supportable platform enhancements. Additional responsibilities include planning and executing platform upgrades, release management, impact analysis, regression testing coordination, defect remediation, code migrations, and governance reporting. The role requires managing QA, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production instances, coordinating releases during change windows, and facilitating transition-to-operation activities for new services and capabilities. Candidates should possess strong ITIL knowledge, ServiceNow administration expertise, governance experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments. Experience in platform security, compliance, operational excellence, and production support is highly desirable.
