Role Overview

This Accounts & Finance role is based in Vizag or Eluru, focused on preparing accurate Monthly MIS reports by analysing financial data, monitoring expenses, and reconciling accounts to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly MIS reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow summaries.
• Analyse revenue, expenses, and profitability against budget and prior periods.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile customer, vendor, and inter-company ledgers.
• Monitor departmental expenses against approved budgets and track cost-control initiatives.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ageing reports.
• Support forecasting, financial planning, and ad hoc management reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core accounting principles.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Dashboards).
• ERP, Tally, or SAP knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills.
