Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing
strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across
multiple business divisions Autodesk (AEC, M&E, and Manufacturing) , Sketchup ,
Vray(chaos products ), IT Infrastructure products and Services , BIM related services . This
role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution across digital, social,
content, and event-based marketing initiatives.
Key responsibility:
* GeM Portal Management:
Handling end-to-end operations on the GeM portal, including product/service listings, bid
management, and order processing.
* Tender Management:
Identifying, evaluating, and tracking government tenders (RFQs, RFPs) relevant to the
organization’s offerings.
* Bid Preparation:
Collaborating with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial bids for government
tenders.
* Compliance and Documentation:
Ensuring all activities on the GeM portal adhere to government procurement policies and
regulations.
* Sales Support:
Responding to buyer queries, following up on leads, and providing support to the sales team.
* Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with government buyers and other stakeholders.
* Performance Monitoring:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to GeM sales and operations.
