Job Description

1. Go-to-Market Strategy & Launches
• Plan and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and solutions.
• Organize seminars, product launches, and customer events to enhance market presence.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Website, LinkedIn,
Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
• Drive website traffic, improve SEO/SEM performance, and track ROI on digital initiatives.
• Manage content calendars and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Customer Retention & Relationship Marketing
• Plan customer engagement activities to enhance retention and repeat business.
• Support sales with marketing collateral and campaigns to nurture client relationships.
4. Marketing Budget & Planning
• Prepare quarterly marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Track spend vs. budget and present performance reports to management.
5. Advertising, Content & Campaign Management
• Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns for lead generation and brand
awareness.
• Create compelling marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations, videos).
• Collaborate with sales teams for campaign execution and follow-up.

• Strong customer engagement and retention outcomes.
• Marketing spend managed within ±5% of budget.
• Timely delivery of campaigns and creative assets.
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in B2B marketing (experience in IT / CAD / BIM / Engineering
solutions preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Software Skills & graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,
HubSpot, CRM, etc.) for creative development.
• Proficiency in Manage marketing automation and reporting tools for campaign tracking.
