Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end sales coordination, including order processing in SAP and communication with the plant.
  • Act as the main buffer between sales and plant to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Plan & execute contractors’ meets, sales conferences, and speaker sessions.
  • Work with design & digital teams for flyers, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
  • Organize monthly sales review meetings.
  • Drive social media campaigns and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and company website.
  • Oversee printing, stationery, gifting, and branding activities.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to enhance engagement and relationships.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–7 years of experience in sales coordination (construction chemicals/building materials preferred).
  • Proficient in SAP with strong coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Digitally savvy with hands-on experience in social media promotions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
