Job Description
- Handle end-to-end sales coordination, including order processing in SAP and communication with the plant.
- Act as the main buffer between sales and plant to ensure smooth order execution.
- Plan & execute contractors’ meets, sales conferences, and speaker sessions.
- Work with design & digital teams for flyers, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Organize monthly sales review meetings.
- Drive social media campaigns and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and company website.
- Oversee printing, stationery, gifting, and branding activities.
- Collaborate closely with customers to enhance engagement and relationships.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–7 years of experience in sales coordination (construction chemicals/building materials preferred).
- Proficient in SAP with strong coordination skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Digitally savvy with hands-on experience in social media promotions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A dynamic, go-getter personality who can adapt and handle diverse responsibilities.
