Responsible
•Ensure appropriate mapping of new product developments, capability enhancements and operational efficiency changes onto business processes.
•Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organisation to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritisation
•Partner with stakeholders and customers on how we shape the products and how we make them a reality.
•Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
•Contribute to the development of business change plans and benefits profiles
•Engage with stakeholders and relevant subject matter experts to identify, collate and understand the detailed business requirements behind an identified business problem or opportunity
•Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/ user experience, engineering, and user enablement
•Responsible for managing all aspects of product delivery, including managing scope and plan strictly against contract.
•Delivery – BA deliverables planning and management & workshop planning and facilitation
•Conducting impact assessment and supporting business change activities
•Preparing / Reviewing user acceptance test scenarios and scripts
Experience
•3+ years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of Business Analyst / Process Owner.
•3+ years full time project management delivering BSS projects in the telecom’s domain.
•Proven Business Analysis / Business Process Modelling experience.
•Full understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS Processes
•Subject matter expertise in the B2B product domain (eg. Broadband, SIMO, Mobile Sharer, Mobile Devices) and how to develop solutions for the B2B market.
•Excellent detailed written and verbal communication skills, including some user interface documentation skills.
