Position: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through telephone calls, managing client queries and follow-ups, preparing proposals and quotations for new clients, handling contract management, and providing sales team-client meet reports. This role requires effective communication skills, persuasive sales techniques, attention to detail, and proficiency in MIS reporting.
Responsibilities:
Telecalling:
Initiate outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote products or services.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, identify their needs, and present relevant solutions.
Use persuasive selling techniques to generate interest and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Proposal/Quotation Preparation:
Prepare detailed and customized proposals and quotations for new clients.
Gather necessary information from prospects and align it with the company’s offerings.
Ensure timely delivery of proposals and quotations, addressing any clarifications or adjustments as needed.
Handling Client Queries/Follow-up:
Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
Follow up with clients to address their questions, concerns, and provide additional information.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Contract Management:
Assist in contract preparation and negotiation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team, legal, and finance departments to review and finalize contracts.
Monitor contract renewal dates and proactively communicate with clients for renewal discussions.
Sales Team – Client Meet Report:
Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales team-client meetings, documenting outcomes, challenges, and opportunities.
Consolidate feedback from sales representatives and provide insights to support sales strategy and decision-making.
MIS Reporting:
Maintain and update MIS reports related to sales performance, revenue generation, client acquisition, and other key metrics.
Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports, adhering to established reporting frameworks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive selling techniques and ability to handle objections effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in proposal and quotation preparation.
Familiarity with contract management processes and legal requirements.
Proficiency in generating sales reports and MIS reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
