We are hiring a Sales Manager – Generator Rentals for various Indian Cities who will play a vital role in connecting with customers, understanding their unique challenges, and providing solutions that enable them to succeed.

Your Role

Build relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new clients.
Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the respective territory.
Provide expert guidance on rental Power solutions, including multi-megawatt power packs, industrial chillers, and process-specific equipment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Your Skills and Experience

Proven experience in technical sales or solution-based selling (minimum 5 years preferred).
Familiarity with renting or selling industrial equipment and engineering solutions.
A strong sense of accountability and a drive to exceed targets.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficiency in English and regional languages.
