This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with Data Science team to explore various solutions in the frontier of agentic system. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our data infrastructure to support agentic system development and machine learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL.
  • Lead and participate in benchmarking activities, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of question-answer systems.
  • Analyze benchmark results to identify performance gaps and propose effective improvements.
  • Support deployment workflows by creating Docker images and assisting in the integration and deployment processes.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for team members on Basemap concepts.

Required Skills for Maps Data Engineer

  • Solid programming experience in Python/Scala, SQL or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with scalable solutions and distributed system, e.g. Docker image and its deployment workflows.
  • Prompt engineering skills.
  • Familiar with protobuf.
