Business Development Executive – Inside Sales
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team in Chennai. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, presenting our healthcare software solutions, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, email campaigns, and online research
Explain software solutions and product features to prospective clients
Execute product demos for the Prospective Leads
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly
Identify new business opportunities in pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Fluent in English, Tamil and spoken Hindi is a strong advantage
Basic understanding of sales / inside sales process
Comfortable making outbound calls and client follow-ups
Eligibility
6 months experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Tele Sales preferred
Freshers can apply if fluent in Hindi communication
Any graduate or diploma holder
Immediate joiners preferred
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM tools)
