Lead Data Analyst

Job Description

You will address questions on reporting logic, metrics, scorecards, in conjunction with Data Quality Analysts and Business Stewards
Directly responsible for projects or subprojects of significant complexity
Prepare user documentation and training materials
Act as a liaison between QA, QC, Process Analytical Sciences, and Manufacturing group to provide trending analyses of in process data to support various activities such as manufacturing investigations, validation studies, and PAR studies)
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of product release data trending program for each product candidate
Trend QC reference standard data
Generates certificate of analysis to support the release and disposition of product lots
Maintains up to date training records for self and direct reports
Performs monthly performance feedback meetings with direct reports
Identify and assist Data Governance with data definitions.
