Job Description

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 10–20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
Package: ₹6–8 LPA (CTC)
Location: Eluru / Bhimadole / Vizag (any one)
Role Overview:
The Head of HR will lead the organization’s overall HR strategy, operations, and compliance. This role
ensures HR policies align with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, employee-centric
culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Partner with senior management to drive organizational growth, workforce planning, and talent
development
Oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and
compliance
Build a strong employer brand and support culture-building initiatives
