Job Summary:
The first point of contact for guests — responsible for greeting, seating, and ensuring a pleasant first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in front-of-house or hospitality roles.
Welcome and seat guests courteously.
Manage reservation systems and walk-in guests efficiently.
Maintain a professional and warm demeanor.
Coordinate with service and bar teams to manage table flow.
Ensure guest waiting experience is comfortable.
Maintain updated guest information for repeat visits and preferences.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and grooming.
Friendly, confident, and service-oriented.
Knowledge of reservation systems preferred.
