Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in front-of-house or hospitality roles.
• Welcome and seat guests courteously.
• Manage reservation systems and walk-in guests efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and warm demeanour.
• Coordinate with service and bar teams to manage table flow.
• Ensure the guest waiting experience is comfortable.
• Maintain updated guest information for repeat visits and preferences.
