Job Summary

• Responsible for managing guest experience, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience from entry to exit.
• Build relationships with regular guests and ensure personalised service.
• Handle guest feedback and coordinate with service, kitchen, and bar teams.
• Maintain reservation logs and guest database.
• Assist with promotions, events, and special activations.
• Ensure guest areas and reception desks are well-maintained.
