Job Summary
- Responsible for managing guest experience, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience from entry to exit.
- Build relationships with regular guests and ensure personalised service.
- Handle guest feedback and coordinate with service, kitchen, and bar teams.
- Maintain reservation logs and guest database.
- Assist with promotions, events, and special activations.
- Ensure guest areas and reception desks are well-maintained.
