Role: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Department: Operations Service
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Location: Mumbai
Budget : 18K to 20 K

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing guest experience, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality.

Ensure a seamless guest experience from entry to exit.

Build relationships with regular guests and ensure personalized service.

Handle guest feedback and coordinate with service, kitchen, and bar teams.

Maintain reservation logs and guest database.

Assist with promotions, events, and special activations.

Ensure guest areas and reception desks are well-maintained.
