Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat support.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.

  • Provide product/service information to customers.

  • Follow company processes and service standards.

  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.

  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills

Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate / Diploma / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).
