Urgently required candidate for the position of Business Development Executive at our organization
Xipe Tech with 3 – 5 years of Work Experience in IT Business Development – Sales & Marketing.
• Good Command over English Language.
• Proven Experience in IT sales/business development
• Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market.
• Work effectively to enhance the sales of the Organization.
• Good knowledge of all bidding domain like Upwork, freelancer, Guru, PPH etc.
• Awareness of client chatting through all bidding marketplaces.
• The ability to take international client call over Skype and another required a medium.
• Creating Proposal, documentation & analysis of client requirement.
• Manage Marketing Campaigns of the organization on social media.
• Maintaining and Updating Customer Data Base and reaching prospect clients.
• Monitor ongoing project, client chatting & its response time.
• Good negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
• Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
• Stay up to date on current market trends and projections in the Software Industry.
• Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Collaborate with Development team to make them understand the project requirements.
• Understand Project/ Client requirement and coordinate with Development team regarding
the Time Estimation.
• Prepare Project Budgets and check the profitability of the same.
• Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
• Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
• Client Interaction (over phone call, Video Call, Email and face to face)
