Budget: 14K to 15 K

Job Summary:

Assist the Storekeeper in daily store operations, including receiving, stocking, issuing, and maintaining records of food, beverage, and bar inventory. Ensure all materials are handled, stored, and issued as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in store or F&B operations.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
  • Tag, label, and store all items systematically in designated areas.
  • Support the daily issuance of food, beverages, and bar stock to respective departments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store area at all times.
  • Update inward and outward stock entries in the register or POS system.
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation.
  • Assist in weekly and monthly stock audits.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the Storekeeper.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management in restaurants or hotels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with MS Excel / POS inventory software preferred.
