CTTI Computer Education, Mangalore is looking for a Telecaller cum Front Office Administrator who is enthusiastic, responsible, and interested in learning and growing with our institute.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to course enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
Attend walk-in students and parents professionally at the front office
Explain course details, schedules, and fees clearly
Maintain enquiry records, student data, and basic office documentation
Create simple creatives using Canva for social media posts and promotions
Assist in posting content and handling basic activities on social media platforms
Coordinate with trainers and management for daily operations
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage)
Interest in telecalling, counselling, and front-office management
Basic knowledge of Canva and social media
Willingness to take up challenging tasks, learn new skills, and grow
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Preference:
Female candidates preferred
